I'm Amy and this is my website, welcome! 

Ever since I can remember I love drawing and telling stories, and according to my ever patient mother, "There never was a blank sheet of paper in our house – they were all covered with Amy’s drawings." One time I even drew on a velour pillow with a permanent marker. But my parents decided to keep me anyways.

As an adult I continue to draw on things, but I attempt to be more respectful of where. After learning about visual storytelling as an Illustration major at Pratt Institute, I have worked in children's media as an artist and designer on a variety of projects. And I'm the author and illustrator of Olive & Beatrix, a series of early reader chapter books with Scholastic.
